What is the return policy?
Our policy is a 15-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, have the original tags, and be in the original packaging.
Important Notes: You must contact us at contact@more4motion.eu first to receive return confirmation. Be aware that shipping costs and a 3.5% payment processing fee are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee applies to free-shipping items (like Kickscooters).

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, certain items are designated as final sale and cannot be returned. These include sale items, gift cards, and all custom or personalized products.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new, separate order for the desired item.
When will I get my order?
We process and ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 1 PM CET often ship the same day. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 2 to 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Once the package is with the carrier (UPS, Chronopost, etc.), we are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external events.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are sourced and manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select partners to ensure high quality and fair value. When supplying parts for specific brands (like Segway or Ninebot), we make every effort to source original parts and high-quality accessories to ensure compatibility and performance. We are an independent dealer separate from the major brands we may carry.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and delivery method you select. The exact amount will be shown before you pay.
Duties/Taxes: For all shipments outside of the European Union, the customer is fully responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees. We will not issue a refund if you refuse to pay these charges.
Risk of Loss: Once your order is shipped, the buyer bears the risk of loss. While we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier for lost items, we cannot guarantee a refund, as carrier compensation is often limited.
