Refund policy

Return Window

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, for any reason and without justification.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

Partial or No Refunds

Refunds may be reduced or denied in the following situations:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error)
  • Items with free shipping (such as "Special Editions" or "Kickscooters") will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover shipment costs

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@more4motion.eu within 15 days of receiving your item
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Once your return is approved, we'll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package
  • Return address will be communicated by email.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at contact@more4motion.eu if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification
  2. We'll inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected
  3. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  4. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Important notes:

  • Credit card or PayPal processing fees of 3.5% are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank about processing times
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at contact@more4motion.eu

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have
  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at contact@more4motion.eu.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
