SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Area

More4Motion Europe delivers its products to the following countries:

  • Metropolitan France
  • Europe (European Union and European countries)

We do not deliver to:

  • French overseas departments and regions (DOM-TOM)
  • Post office boxes (PO BOX)

Orders must be shipped to a regular and complete delivery address.

Carriers

We work with the following carriers:

  • Mondial Relay
  • UPS
  • Chronopost (including Shop2Shop)

The customer selects their preferred delivery method when validating their order.

If you wish to use another carrier not offered during the order process, please contact us before placing your order at contact@more4motion.eu.

Processing and Shipping Times

Order preparation: 1 to 2 business days after order validation and payment receipt.

Most orders placed before noon are shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).

Delivery times after shipment:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 2 to 10 business days

These times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier, final destination, and circumstances beyond our control (carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, etc.).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • The selected delivery method
  • The destination geographical area
  • The weight and volume of the order

The exact amount of shipping fees is displayed when validating the order, before final payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your parcel tracking number. This number will allow you to track your order's progress with the selected carrier.

Liability and Transportation Risks

The customer bears the risks related to transportation, including the risk of loss or damage to items.

More4Motion Europe commits to:

  • Create a compliant shipping label
  • Deliver the order to the carrier selected by the customer
  • Provide a valid tracking number

More4Motion Europe is not responsible for:

  • Actual delivery or non-delivery by the carrier
  • Delivery delays attributable to the carrier
  • Loss or damage to parcels during transport

In case of lost or damaged parcel during transport:

  • More4Motion Europe will assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier
  • If the carrier grants a refund, it will be transferred to the customer
  • More4Motion Europe cannot guarantee that the carrier will grant a refund
  • The customer should be aware that compensation for lost items is often limited to €100 by the carrier

In case of apparent damage, the customer must make detailed reservations upon receipt of the parcel with the carrier and contact us immediately at contact@more4motion.eu.

Absence During Delivery

In case of absence during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and follow the procedures provided in its general terms and conditions:

  • New delivery attempt
  • Availability at a relay point or agency
  • Return to sender after the storage period expires

The customer is invited to track their parcel via the tracking number to organize receipt of their order.

If the parcel is returned to the sender due to prolonged absence or an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Taxes and Customs Fees

For deliveries outside the European Union or to territories subject to specific customs regulations, the customer is responsible for paying all customs fees, import taxes, and other applicable charges.

These fees are not included in the order price or shipping fees and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
