Shipping policy

Most orders are shipping within 24-48 hours. In some cases shipping can take a little longer due logistical issues.

After the order is shipped you will received a tracking number with a tracking link. Actual delivery will depend on the shipping and delivery company.  More4Motion is not responsible for the actual delivery time.

Arrives in 3–5 business days.

Most order are shipped with UPS. Some order can be shipped with Chronopost (incl. Shop2Shop) or the regular mail. 

Order have to be shipped to a regular address, no PO BOX.

If buyer wants to have an other shipment provider, some more options are available upon request, please contact us, prior the order.


More4Motion ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 1pm (Central Europe Time). Orders placed after 1pm Central Europe Time will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday.

Buyer Bears Shipping Risk, including risk of lost items.

Buyer selects the method of shipping at the checkout.  Seller provides a valid tracking number.  Buyer bears risks of lost items, undeliverable items.  Seller will assist Buyer is filing a claim with the shipping company.  If shipping company issues a refund this refund will be send to the Buyer.  Seller can not guarantee shipping company will issue any refund.  Buyer shall keep in mind that compensation for the lost items are often limited to $100.

Most of the orders placed before noon are shipped the same day (Monday-Friday). We ship with UPS, Chronopost (incl. Shop2Shop) or the regular mail. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated. Processing time and carrier shipping delays could extend the actual shipping time beyond the estimated shipping time. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible.  We are responsible for creating a shipping label and delivering your order to the carrier the Buyer has selected. We not responsible for the actual delivery made or not made by the carrier selected by the Buyer.

Tracking numbers are emailed after the order has been shipped. 

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country. 

  • We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. Duties and taxes if applicable are the customer's responsibility and refunds will NOT be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.
